Photographing products, wine bottles, or food in the studio has always been more fun than work. Working with interesting textures, contrasting objects, then painting the set with light - it's always a joy to spend time in the studio. If I'm challenged to add verb - action - to the shot, all the better. Working digitally now,  it's easy to work on composition and check the entire photograph for the best light, composition and layout. Below are a few of my favorite projects, especially flowers, fruits, wine, bottles, and spirits. Beautiful natural colors, transparency and translucency. Such great things to put in front of a camera!
